Will you come on a regular schedule?
Yes! Once your day and time are confirmed, we’ll stick to that schedule. Need to make a change? Just give us 24 hours’ notice.
Do you take on part-time residents as clients?
Absolutely. We work with many clients who split time between homes. If you’re away for part of the year, we recommend monthly cleanings to maintain your spot.
How many people are on the team?
Usually two, sometimes three, depending on your home’s size and needs.
Will it always be the same house cleaner?
We aim for consistency. While occasional changes may occur, we do our best to send familiar faces.
Do I have to be home when the cleaner comes?
Totally up to you. Some clients are home, others aren’t. We’re comfortable either way.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
Yes, we do. We bring all the tools, products, and equipment to perform the job. If there is anything special or particular that you use in your home, we will ask you to provide it to us.
Are you comfortable with pets?
Yes! As long as your pets are comfortable with us, we’re happy to work around them. If they are not comfortable with us, we ask that you take them out or stay with them.
How do I pay?
We accept secure online payments. You can also set up auto-pay if you prefer.
